Senior Product Manager, Digital Experience Analytics
The Senior Product Manager, Digital Experience Analytics position will partner closely with Client business product performance teams and digital application development and testing teams to design and manage SiteCatalyst analytics and data implementations across multiple platforms supporting multiple lines of business. This role will also own and drive the analytics platform roadmap across digital teams while ensuring alignment with overall business and technology strategies.
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst) implementations across mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web applications platforms
Work with business partners to understand business success metrics, KPIs, and help formulate a product analytics strategy
Partner with UX, Application Engineering, Testing, and Adobe Reporting teams to ensure that SiteCatalyst tagging is implemented correctly and ensure implementation process workflow is efficient and streamlined
Partner with other SiteCatalyst implementation teams in Client to optimize the SiteCatalyst implementations across applications, share best practices, and, where practical, standardize implementation processes and practices
Review existing analytics implementation and configuration to suggest solutions that validate and improve accuracy of tracking efforts
Support validation of SiteCatalyst tagging in all stages for SDLC including releases and post-release validation
Lead audits of specific applications and workflows to confirm tracking consistency and accuracy
Direct and support the efforts of multiple Adobe SiteCatalyst Implementation Specialists supporting specific applications and lines of business
Qualifications:
6+ years Web Analytics implementation experience
3+ years SiteCatalyst implementation experience
Skilled in following disciplines (and expert in at least one): Web Analytics Data Collection, Web Analytics Database Dimensions and Metrics, Web Analytics Publishing & Reporting, and Analysis and Identification of Actionable Insights
Significant experience with at least another analytics solution (other than Adobe and SiteCatalyst)
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple cross functional teams
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Good balance of business and technical acumen and strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills
Some hands-on experience with front-end development and a solid conceptual understanding of multiple front-end technologies and frameworks
Strong problem solving skills
Previous Product Management experience
Scrum and Agile experience a plus
