Applicant should have background in application server support and release engineering best practices in enterprise environment. It is required of him to communicate with requesters, and provide stability of application servers and provision of built artifacts in timely manner. Specific skillsets are as follows:
Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics;
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing proposals to resolve problems;
Experience with Java build pipeline (Maven, Bamboo/Jenkins, Artifactory);
Knowledge of git, and git workflows (git-flow, branching/merging, TBD, etc);
Experience in Linux Administration (RHEL);
Experience with automation/configuration management using Chef or equivalent;
Experience with cloud IaaS/PaaS and container orchestration platforms (Azure and K8S);
Experience with SQL language;
A working understanding of scripting languages (shell as a must, Python/Ruby - nice to have);
Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket);
Experience with containers and build pipelines relevant to them (Docker, Packer, Jenkins pipelines to utilize them);
Experience with application servers (WildFly, WebSphere - nice to have);
Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Dynatrace - nice to have);
Good communication, interpersonal, intuitive skills with ability to work efficiently in both independent and team work environments.
