Description:
A skilled Java real time processing lead is required to work on our Global reconciliation projects involving Java/J2EE, Talend, Kafka, Storm.
The successful candidate will need to perform as a hands on Client side Technical lead as well as the solution architect.
He/She would also be extensively involved in Design and Architecture of new projects that come up as well as act as the Technical lead for existing projects.
The Tech Lead would also need to work cohesively with the Offshore Team and would need to interact with the Users, Client BAs, Client PM and other Client Tech Leads on a regular basis.
Experience as a Java and Messaging Lead in Investment Banking Project is MUST.
Required Skills / Experience:
Around 5-7 years of financial industry experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in hands-on lead role.
Strong background in architecting and delivering real time messaging applications.
It will be a great plus if the candidate worked on real-time reconciliation platform.
Strong working knowledge in Core Java/J2EE.
Must have experience working on one or more Messaging and Streaming frameworks, like TIBCO EMS, Apache Storm, Apache Kafka etc.
Experienced in working with Caching solution like Hazelcast, Apache Ignite or similar.
Experienced in Spring 3.x/4.x
Working knowledge in Oracle 11g especially in developing Stored Procedures.
Good Communication skills. Strong analytical and communication skills.
A great team player who need to work and partner closely with various business and technology stake holders during the project life cycle.
