Lead high-level Solution Design
Lead estimation and staffing processes
Own overall technical scope and delivery planning
Manage delivery timeline
Lead quality assurance process
Track both project progress and budget spend for technical deliverables
Coordinate delivery with client teams and third-party partners
Arbitrage decisions related to technical deliverables
Manage stabilization phase
Conduct transition to support and Managed Services teams
Perform all job functions consistent with customer policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII

Job Description

Analytical, consulting and communication skills.
Lead customer-facing roles on professional services engagements.
Team leadership: directing, motivating, coaching, mentoring and interviewing.
Java, XML, UML, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, etc, JMS, and SQL.
Complex data analysis, data migrations, and system integration of software products into complex IT environments
Linux & Shell Scripting
Integration middleware or enterprise system bus (ESB) technologies such as iWay or Apache Camel.
Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns, including file transfers, messaging, routing, transforming, enriching, etc.
Perforce, JUnit and build automation/CI (Jenkins
Health insurance industry (Payors)
Agile development methodology such as SCRUM or Kanban.
