My direct healthcare customer is interviewing now for a Sr. Desktop Support Team Lead for a 12 Months Contract based in Napa, CA

Job Title: Sr. Desktop Support Team Lead
Duration: 12 Months Plus Long Term
Location: Napa, CA

Job Requirements:
Have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and preferred education of 2+ year degree or equivalent technical study
Experienced in PC operating system support - Windows 10 installation, patching, and troubleshooting
Team lead or tech lead experience is required.
Experienced in Windows 7 and Windows 10
Experienced in PC (desktop/laptop/thin client) Support including virtual machines
Experience in Power shell is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving desktop issues
Proven knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Lync 2013, e-Fax, McAffe Anti-Virus, SharePoint
Experience with hard drive encryption - encrypting, decrypting, and troubleshooting; preference for Bitlocker and Winmagic SecrureDoc
Industry certification (A+, Network+, MCP, etc)
