Data Domain with Avamar & Networker implementation done and that is the environment.
Must have skills - Data Domain, Avamar,
Nice to have skills - Networker, VMware.
Customer in past was impacted by the Ransomware Attack, and there was tensed situation, doing restores, multiple SRs were opened, and went through a challenging phase of getting SME support.
Though the state is fully recovered now.
Onsite resident support IT teams with the backup environment, setting up back up, setting up restore/backup policies review.
Conversion on backup side.
Check CBT enablement, SQL management studio, checking policies, review performance issues on back up.
Resident should have familiarity with our Support Processes and Support system.
Resident should be able to review customer''s backup and restore environment, review policies, and ensure it is setup as per recommended standards and client best practices.
Note In that vicinity.they have two offices and an IT administration building all within 10 miles of each other.
Most work will be done there but they may need to travel to one of the other locations once or twice
