Job Description :
General management of the project and contract, to include all associated subcontractors Acting as principal interface for Optum with the State customer

Scheduling and provisioning resources

Presenting all formal communication and correspondence to the State customer

Collaborate with internal and external business partners to gain understanding of their business needs and adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges

Lead and Develop People

Manage professional employees by setting team direction, resolving problems and providing guidance to members of your team

Manage and ensure compliance with IT structures/processes/technologi es

Maintain knowledge of and leverage IT industry/marketplace technologies and trends Influence or provide input to forecasting and planning activities

Manage teams of Business Analysts, Technical, Training, and Documentation Specialists, ETL staff, and Bl developers

Make sure that projects are delivered on-time and of high quality

Create schedules, resource plans, and implementation documentation for medium-to-large size projects

Manage vendor relationships including those of software. hardware, and consulting service providers

Create, manage. and track progress toward revenue and budgetary goals Work closely with clients at various levels within the organization
