JOB TITLE: Sr. Data Visualization Engineer
Location :- Basking Ridge-NJ-USA
Duration : Long Term

On W2 contract only

JOB DUTIES:
Sr. Data Visualization Engineer will be responsible for reporting key metrics in a true visual way that makes data easily understandable and actionable.

This role will be responsible for:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business problems
- Identify the visual data presentation techniques to help solve those business problems
- Identify data sources
- Pulling data from various sources including Microsoft SQL Server, Data Cubes (Analysis Service/OLAP), Oracle, Teradata, Hadoop and other
- Modeling the data to be presented well in visual dashboard
- Build dashboards using Tableau
- Validate data accuracy
- Maintain dashboards on an ongoing basis

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- 5+ years of data visualization experience using various BI tools
- 3+ years of experience in Tableau dashboard development
- 5+ years of experience using SQL query language
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft SQL server, SQL Server Analysis Services, Oracle, Teradata, Hadoop/Hive
- 2+ years of dimensional data modeling experience
