Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst

Location: Orange, CA

Rate: $45/hr on 1099


Visa: GC & US Citizen Only



Must be local to CA. Minimum 5 +Yrs experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement the overall advanced analytics strategy.
Design and Deploy Response and Revenue Models that predict and explain customer behavior throughout the reverse mortgage acquisition pipeline.
Measure and Analyze results from Response & Revenue Models and continuously Improve model efficiencies.
Lead the design and implementation of analytic projects, ensuring that these solutions align with the organization’s direction and technology standards.
Lead ad-hoc analyses to develop actionable marketing insights.
Develop forecasting models to support decision making and operations planning.
Design and execute advanced decision-modeling tools to provide marketing and operational analytics that support strategic initiatives.
Coordinate with Reporting Teams and IT to operationalize successful forecasts processes.
Work in collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Operations and other Departments on a wide variety of advanced analytics and analytic processes & projects
works closely with the heads of all business units to promote and realize short- and long-term corporate vision
Support requests for ad-hoc reports within Marketing and Operations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related. Advanced degree preferred.
5 plus years of advanced analytics in Marketing, Operations, Finance or related discipline required.
Proficiency in SQL, SAS and Excel required.
Proficiency in SAS Macro language and PROC SQL, preferred.
Experience querying transactional databases, creating analytical data sets.
Knowledge of advanced data management and data mining techniques required.
Strong experience in extracting and manipulating large data sets.
Experience in analytic techniques, including linear & logistic regression, time-series and cross-sectional modeling, clustering, multi-variable experimental design, etc.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management.
10 plus years of hands-on technical experience mining and analyzing transactional data with a strong working knowledge of a relevant analytics software.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) a plus.
Capable of balancing multiple projects; ability to properly delegate and meet deadlines.
Sense of responsibility to self, team and client.
