Job Description:
Provide insightful reporting, analysis, and core metric dash-boarding that helps business teams understand results and guide performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize metrics and reports that advance the understanding of business issues
Conduct ad hoc insight-driven analysis that helps decision-makers understand the performance of business, and identify improvements and optimizations.
Support periodic analysis of performance against core business objectives, such as optimizing the overall funnel, behavior, root cause analysis
Proactively find opportunities for impact, including identifying opportunities to make current processes and systems more scalable
Work with business managers to define and execute performance testing
Support by identifying macro trends and insights that can be used for performance benchmarks
Recommend enhancements to campaigns and track ROI
Requirements:
6-7 years’ experience with strong SQL Skills (ideally within SQL Server) - queries, joins, procedures, functions, etc.
Hands on with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for quick analysis
Reporting & Analysis tool use, hands on Tableau/Tibco Spotfire and knowledge of other reporting tools
History of providing Insight focused reporting
Knowledge of HQL, VQL is big advantage
Hands with Python or any scripting language
Data exploration / data science skills are a good to have
