Job Description :
Provide day to day production support of CommVault Infrastructure enterprise-wide.
Assist the legal department with any email e-discovery issues with CommVault Compliance search and problem management escalation as needed.
Maintenance and enhancement of Commvault search cloud and media agents.
Implement CommVault Archiving utilizing email discovery and supporting legacy EMC Email Extender technology.
Assist Collaboration engineers with any backup, restore, library and troubleshooting Level 3 support with any CommVualt related issues.
Backup solution architect for the migration of CommVault email archiving solution to Smarsh Cloud Archiving platform.
Support One CommServe and 60+Virtual Media Agents with Ver 10 SP14.
Oversee VSA backups and provide troubleshooting and best practice recommendations to improve the backups.
Provide recommendation in migrating VSA NBD backups to Hot-Add backups.
Migrate the CommServe and Media Agents from SP10 to SP14.
Assist in supporting over 3000+ virtual client backups across the globe.
Trained backup administrators in CommVault.
Recommended enhancement to the client for the backup infrastructure and best practice improvements.
Assist backup administrator with backup, restore, library and troubleshooting Level 3 support with any CommVault related issues.
Responsible for backing up 2.5PB of Data in North America.
Mentor Data Protection Team from multiple countries in North and India and ensure we improve the backup infrastructure environment worldwide.
