Required Skills:
Participate as a member of the Service Delivery Build team by
providing hands on systems engineering activities to support the successful
roll out of projects.
Infrastructure and Systems Automation: Familiarity with tools such
as Cloudformation, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Python Scripting, Packer, Vault
- in addition to any experience with the CI/CD toolchain. Work with
engineering and development teams to develop infrastructure architectures,
standards and quality assurance policies and procedures
Partner with development teams and Infrastructure architects to
solve complex business issues.
Partner with the IT operations team to ensure successful service
transition of new products and services. This includes but is not limited to
providing documentation and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with the company''s policies and procedures while
developing solutions for automation and scalability.
Experience, Qualifications and Education
7+ years of professional Systems Engineering Experience.
3+ years hands on experience of Amazon Web Services (AWS) including
VPC, ELB, IAM, KMS, EC2, Config, CloudTrail, CloudFormation, and Lambda.
Extensive hands on experience in designing, configuring, building
and maintaining a Linux (Redhat & CentOS) environment.
Scripting skills with technology like PowerShell, JSON, & YAML.
Strong cross-group collaboration skills and experience working
across multiple teams both within a division and enterprise wide.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating,
influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making,
and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to rapidly assess and implement new technologies
Bachelor''s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical
discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
