Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager and/or Product Owner

Must have good exposure to Web Services and REST

Recent experience in Telecomm industry in required

Expert in developing technical specification document for the developers and then review the development artifacts.

Proficiency in Rally Software or similar Agile management tools

Demonstrates advanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools like PowerPoint, excel, Visio, etc.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence others, resolve conflict, and lead in a Product owner capacity

Strong organizational & management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives

Good understanding of Lean/ Agile & Waterfall development methodologies

Good understanding of the Financial Analysis & Statements

Excellent written, verbal, web and face to face communication skills

Strong analytical abilities & decision-making capabilities

Creatively contribute to strategic & tactical plans

Demonstrated leadership skills & a successful track record of facilitating remote multi stakeholder teams to make decisions

Effective in dynamic & matrix organization with an aggressive multi project schedule

Engage effectively & persuasively at all levels of the organization ( staff to senior management)
