Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor''s degree in area of specialty and eight years or more of equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field''s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

The client seek to eliminate manual processes, the need to utilize legacy systems, and to standardize and centralize adult abuse data collection across the state and their program partners (Adult Protective Services, and Developmental Disabilities

This position will serve to assist with business analysis activities supporting system build and the resulting system reference material documentation. They will be responsible for supporting documentation of system build decisions, data elements and configurations as decided on by project team members, associating system design elements with system requirements and development of system reference documentation.
