Job Title: Sr. Business Process Analyst

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Duration : 6+ Months

Responsibilities:
Partner with key business leaders/customers to identify and evaluate key drivers to accelerate organization performance with minimal guidance
from more experienced analyst or department leadership.
Primary focus will be to lead process improvement initiatives through the use of disciplined, multitier process improvement methods.
Act as a process improvement practitioner by leading efforts to enhance processes, reduce waste and increase effectiveness.
Act as a change agent to instill a process/performance improvement culture.
Create process and procedure documentation with acceptable levels of detail to benefit the business.
Identify improvement projects to eliminate waste, improve processes and improve flow of products and services.
Facilitate work sessions to identify business problems, develop root cause analyses and suggest areas of performance improvement.
Conduct interviews and work observation of front line members.
Educate and train employees of the organization in process improvement philosophy and techniques.
Educate employees, of all levels, on various change management techniques and philosophies.
Train employees on root cause analysis tools and philosophies.
Collect and analyze data from disparate sources including: data created through forms or surveys, data obtained through existing systems and data in reports or other areas.
Ensure key performance indicators are defined, implemented and monitored by the individual operational areas for ongoing sustainability of improvements.
Evaluate and monitor results to make data driven decisions and make recommendations to leadership
Develop processes, value stream maps, work flow charts, swim-lane diagrams, FMEA’s, Cause and Effect diagrams and other useful process andresponsibility documents.
Prepare project charters and lead execution of team-based problem solving efforts using standard methodologies to deliver significant, quantifiable and efficiency gains.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a degree, an equivalent of six (6) years’ directly related experience will be considered.
Five (5) years directly related experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Lean certification preferred.
Experience supporting process improvement initiatives in the oil & gas or energy industry preferred.
