Job Description :
Location: Detroit, MI

Type of employment: FTE (OR) CTH

Compensation:
$80-95K/annum Total (5-8 Years of Experience)
$50-55/Hr for CTH

Only USC/GC/GC-EAD

Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for one or more projects.
Develop business process models, business requirements/user stories (functional and non-functional) and product backlog.
Have a thorough understanding of business processes, best practices, and available supporting technology and service providers.
Experience in working on Requirement management tools like Borland Caliber, Version one, Blueprint or JIRA or any other tool.
Experience in working on defect management tool like Quality Center etc.
Dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. Ability to act independently and make decisions within scope of the position’s responsibilities.
Experience analyzing and implementing compliance programs, designing and implementing processes/controls.
Lead cross-functional business and governance projects, including defining, implementing, and analyzing IT processes and procedures that support the company’s business objectives.
Participate in compliance audits and assist in preparing documentation.
Assist with PCI Compliance evidence collection activities to meet compliance requirements.
Coordinate across control owners in the Technology Department to ensure PCI process documentation is current and accurate for all IT areas.
Understanding of Auto finance domain specific to Payments Servicing, Collections, Recovery, Bankruptcy, TCPA, Payments.
Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall methodologies
