2+ years as SM/BA/Product owner \ • Need good written and verbal communication • Should be able to work independently • Excellent understanding of Business analysis and AGILE Methodology • Hands on experience in writing User Stories • Stakeholder management - Elicit requirements from stakeholders, with an emphasis on interviews • Should be able to analyze stated requirements, have an overview of modeling techniques, document requirements for different types of projects and verify and validate requirements • Excellent understanding of Elicitation Techniques, Location Model, Workflow Model, Use Case Model • Should be able to come up with clear requirements for future model. • Write a Test Case Using a Use Case as required • Proficient in MSWord, Excel and MS Visio (similar tools) • Hands on experience in JIRA and Lean kit • Good interpersonal skills • CBAP, CSM, PMP, SAFe certifications will be an added advantage
