Must be a senior resource and come from the banking domain. We are looking
for someone with application development experience with Banking products
such as credit cards, debit cards, checks/ACH, bill pay, etc. (must have
experience with most of these products)

Position Description
The Banking Services team within Banking and Payment Services partners with
the Private Banking Group (PBG) business and Banking Operations teams to
develop and support the following products: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Check
Writing, Check Deposits, Automated Clearing House (ACH), Cash Management
applications. This role will require interfacing between the internal
Application Development (AppDev) teams within Global Banking Technology, as
well as other AppDev teams in Technology that support our products, such as:
Online & Mobile, 3D/PTI, Core Margins, Real-Time Accounts (RTA In
addition, the Cash Management products interface with many external vendors,
so this role will require vendor management and oversight.

The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable and excellent team
player. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team,
sometimes across multiple time zones. The candidate may be assigned to more
than one role or project at a time.

The candidate must have at least 7+ years in business analysis and
application development experience in Financial Services or Wealth
Management. Candidate must have experience with Agile and Waterfall. Working
experience with JIRA would be preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player committed to
delivering on time and should be able to work under minimum supervision.
Knowledge of Mainframe operating system / platform is a plus.

Specific responsibilities include:
Business Analysis
- Document business and functional requirements, including workflow,
business rules, and use cases
- Define/document application infrastructure and architecture
- Assist with QA/Testing to convert use cases to test cases
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential
crises, and devise contingency plans
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the
success of the project
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business
goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and
stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
and other stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Deliver progress reports and coordinate the day to day activities of
the development and QA/UAT teams
