Hands-on experience with Media Asset Management (MAM/DAM) platforms, ingest/delivery workflows, and related technologies is a must
Experience working in Media, Entertainment, Publishing, or related industries is a must
Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum SDLC methodology and Sprint ceremonies is a must

Requirements:
At least 7 years of full-time technology driven business analysis, project management, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience developing, or participating in a software development environment
At least 5 years of experience defining use cases, functional/technical requirements, and user stories
Hands-on experience with Media Asset Management (MAM/DAM) platforms, ingest/delivery workflows, and related technologies is a must
Experience working in Media, Entertainment, Publishing, or related industries is a must
Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum SDLC methodology and Sprint ceremonies is a must
Experience configuring COTS software to fulfill business needs including setting up of metadata, rules, and policies
Strong communication skills, including creation of project documentation, presentation materials, requirements, and presenting to business and technical audiences
Gains understanding of customers’ workflows and how systems are used in support of their workflows
Takes ownership of functional issues by identifying underlying problems, analyzing potential solutions, and implementing system resolutions, including workarounds when needed
Supports multiple business divisions in a functional capacity across all project phases
Proficient with structured analysis, including process flow definition, metadata modeling, and data flow diagramming
Participates in integration testing, including development of test plans, test cases, and documentation of results
Communicates plans, status and issues to project team and management on a regular basis
Self-driven with ability to adapt quickly to constantly changing environment
Ability to self-prioritize based on constantly changing needs ranging across project and support initiatives
Proactively seeks and escalates areas of improvement that can help drive cost savings and efficiencies
Experience with cloud platforms, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies a plus
Experience with file transfer acceleration tools such as Aspera and Signiant a plus
Adheres to department standards, policies, procedures, and industry best practices
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
