Experience operating as a business analyst within a formal SDLC (Waterfall)
Full cycle business analysis experience - concept/initiation through implementation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal
Technical aptitude combined with the ability to interact with various levels of business users.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience learning and documenting business process from end to end.
Experience defining user requirements and verifying requirements-based solutions meet business needs.
Familiarity gathering requirements for use in engagement of vendor-developed solutions.
Analysis, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, with focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Prior experience as a Business analyst in 3 of the following types of projects: (App Dev, Testing, Infrastructure, Enterprise Systems Design, GIS)
Knowledge of logic, databases, data flows, and data analysis.
Experience working with enterprise tools to organize requirements, test cases, and provide traceability (ex MS Visual Studio/TFS, HP Quality Center
Experience creating use cases, test scenarios, test plans and analyzing test results to determine requirements coverage.
Prior experience with Cross Audience communication (connecting through written and verbal, the technical and non-technical stakeholders)
Experience creating and managing a project or preferably enterprise process to ensure change control.
Prior experience with Agile Design Methodology
Prior experience with Case Complete (requirements management product)
Experience working with large amounts of data via data warehousing and/or enterprise business intelligence
