Technical & Process Skills:
We are looking for Functional BA (Business Analyst) who has extensive business knowledge in Insurance domain particularly Annuities, Life and Retirement
Should have 10+ years of business analysis experience
Should be able to discuss with business users, understand their expectations / requirements and document it for IT solution
Study existing system & business processes, compare with industry standards, provide suggestions / recommendations to improve the existing processes
Should be liaison between business and technical team
Behavioral Skills:
Should have excellent communication skills
Must be able to multi task.
Should be able to work individually as well as in a team
Qualification:
BE / B. Tech with MBA.
Certification on Insurance Domain – LOMA / AAPA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
