Job Description :
This is role is focused on furthering the design, development, testing, and cutover planning of data migration and conversion requirements from a target company NextEra is acquiring. It is a fast paced role in which the ideal candidate must be able to quickly gather, evaluate, and prioritize business needs. The candidate must also have a strong ability to coordinate and facilitate workshops with a complex stakeholder base across technology, business, internal, and external parties.
Requirements:
Extensive experience working on 2-4 project in parallel
Positive attitude / highly-energetic yet focused
Extensive experience in data migration and conversion solution design
Excellent data analytics and dashboarding skills
Build and execute test plan
Expert in process mapping and gap analysis
Strong ability to draft training material
Experience managing general computer control (GCC) and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX) controls
Agile and CI/CD
Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge in Corporate Finance or Accounting
Experience working with SAP ERP
