Job Description :

Position : Sr. Business Analyst

Location : El Segundo, CA

Duration : Long Term

Business Analysts analyze and translate business and clinical user needs, observations, and expertise and translate them into functional requirements to help support and enhance steady state and future products.

Duties:

Work closely with the product group to develop and document functional design of clinical and billing systems.
Coordinate and facilitate interactions between clinical teams, business system end-users and technical teams.
Facilitate Joint Application Design sessions and engage in Kaizen sessions
Develop and document use cases, SRSs, screen layouts, process flows, and other design artifacts as needed.
Act as a liaison with the delivery teams that are engaged in implementing the application as well as interact development engineers, QA analysts and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

Career path must have included hands-on software development using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
Should be able to grasp complex clinical and business requirements and processes and document them effectively.
Strong analytical thinker with the ability to conceptualize a system in terms of both data/object model and application flows.
Healthcare Information systems and clinical user experience
Experience writing requirements for a software application
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle using iterative methodologies.
