This resource will also be responsible for monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems and recommending actions, they will provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, provide help desk support and train users. They will be required to maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential, prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This resource will be required to simultaneously provide the application of all the above tasks as needed during a sprint.
