Job Description :
* Good at JIRA functional aspects and admin knowledge/experience but we felt they do not have an extensive/in depth admin experience
based on the conversations/approaches discussed.
* Knowledge around other Atlassian tools but lack in admin activities – They do have Confluence knowledge but they have no
knowledge/experience around other Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket, FishEye/Crucible…
* JVM performance tuning knowledge/experience – Very limited knowledge and no experience around monitoring tools/approach. They relied on external teams for monitoring activities.
* Worked in Agile methodology from user perspective – Very limited knowledge and struggled to explain the KPIs around Scrum/Kanban methodologies but they were good on our call.
* CI/CD implementation knowledge and experience – 1 out of 10
* Java development experience – They were very good/technical on our call, discussed about custom plugin development/implementation using Atlassian SDK/Java. In person, they informed us that they always relied on external plugins which were already built and available.
* No experience around SSL, LDAP, custom/user macros.
Overall, they are good at JIRA, Confluence from user perspective and average on admin skills, good on communication/soft skills, no experience/knowledge around other Atlassain, testing, monitoring tools, SSL, Active Directory…
