*Job Title: Sr. Appian Developer/Designer USC Only*

*Mandatory Skills:*

8-10+ years related experience in IT

Experienced as an Architect for full life cycle
development involving analysis, design (System/OO), development,
deployment, testing, documentation, implementation & maintenance of
application software in Web-based environment, Distributed n-tier
architecture and Client/Server architecture.
4- 6 year of experience in process based application
development using Appian BPM platform or any other BPM Platform

Experience or working knowledge in each of the
following technologies: JEE Application Servers - JBoss, Weblogic,
WebSphere . Web Servers - Apache, IIS; Operating Systems - Windows, Red Hat
Linux, AIX; Other technologies / languages - SQL, JavaScript, Web Services,
ESB, Struts
Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing
of enterprise software applications
In-depth working knowledge of J2EE Application and Web
Servers including BEA WebLogic 8.1 and 9.2, Websphere 6.1, Apache Tomcat.
Experience in application integration using Tibco
EMS/ Websphere MQ /Webservice (SOPA & REST)
Experience in Relational Database Management Systems
including Oracle /IBM DB2/ MySQL/ MSSQL
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong problem solving and design skills
A minimum of a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, or relevant field is preferred.
Articulate and knowledgeable with the financial
industry.

Responsibilities:

Work with key client stakeholders to define business
processes
Gather functional and technical system requirements &
Effort estimation
Setup client side architecture, install software, and
configure for high performance and scalability
Requirement Analysis Application architecture, High
Level Design
Modeling key business processes using Appian
Design and implement BPM based solutions using Appian
BPM software
Provide demonstrations to clients throughout the
entire project life-cycle
Design and implement complex enterprise integrations
with industry standard technologies: Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory, and
more
Lead teams of Appian Consultants, Partner Resources,
and Client Resources on project related tasks ensuring delivery dates are
met
Contribute to Appian Online Community by developing
reusable product extensions and by writing knowledge articles based on
project experience
Drive BPM adoption within client organizations by
empowering client resource to become self-sufficient with building process
applications on their own
Assist clients in identifying other business process
opportunities that could be targeted with Appian''s software
