Sr Agile Business Analyst

We are in search of a detail oriented Sr. Agile Business Analyst who can gather requirements, create appropriate functional and business requirement artifacts, understand the technical nuances behind the business requirements and capture them and orchestrate the path from complex concept to easy to use solution.
In this role, you will collaborate with both a team of technical experts and a knowledgeable group of product owners while collaborating and guiding team members through the applied Agile project process. The candidate will work with a team that understands the end user needs, focuses on solving problems with user concerns in mind and articulates all of the details that will drive to the solution with a goal to improve adoption.

Responsibilities:
Meets and interviews with the Product Owner(s
Partners with the business to facilitate improved business process design.
Ranking and triaging the product backlog, user needs and requirements.
Creating project specific artifacts including Meeting Notes, User Stories, Business Requirement Documents, User Story Elaborations…etc.
Active participation in business requirement workshops and agile project meetings and ceremonies.
Communicating pros and cons of designs.
Promoting concepts and ideas from the user''s standpoint.
Detailing design in words, images, and prototypes.
Planning user experiences that support user goals and behaviors.
Partners with the development team to ensure full understanding end-user specifications.
Facilitates user acceptance testing performed by the business and verifies solution’s alignment with requirements
Participates in the development of vision, strategy, and action plans, to organize and communicate enterprise processes, information and business architecture.
Works with the IT team to drive IT plans and alignment of solutions with business strategies and business capability requirements.

Qualifications:

Requires Agile Experience – should have previous experience as a business analyst or a proxy product owner in an Agile project, utilizing Scrum.
Must possess proficient writing skills so that the business requirements are documented in a clear and concise manner.
Communicate enterprise processes, information and business architecture.
Demonstrated expertise in user story definition, clearly define the acceptance criteria for user stories, preliminary design wire frames, and conceptual feasibility.
Ability to take ownership for assigned tasks and deliver on schedule.
Previous experience as a business analyst on IT projects.
Familiarity with solving problems and cultivating cross-group collaboration.
Ability to think creatively and drive towards innovative solutions.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:
5 plus years Information Services experience as a Business Analyst.
Knowledge of the real-estate industry desired.
Ability to build business relationships.
Proven experience with business analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification and methodology development.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure
