REQUIREMENT :

eDataForce Consulting LLC is seeking an accomplished Sr. .NET Developer for our Insurance company , Michigan, MI

*This Position can be worked on Remotely after sometime

Required Skills:

No less than 10 years of demonstrated work experience developing ASP.NET MVC business applications
Demonstrated related work experience in SQL database design and development
Understanding of the different application and reporting requirements of the organization
Proven understanding of .NET design patterns, reusable software design patterns and architecture best practices and the use of SOLID principals
Expertise in back end applications (SOA, messaging, SQL, WCF, Security) for integration workstream.
Ability to communicate complex models/concepts; Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyze complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
10+ years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC and SQL Server ( Must )

Primary Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including solid understanding of integration work streams.
Develops formulation logic for very complex systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops very complex conversion and system implementation plans. Completes preparation and approval of system and programming documentation. Develops recommendations for changes in development, maintenance and systems standards. Monitors the gathering of very complex business requirements and creates detailed functional specifications and flowcharts for new or existing programs. Monitors the development of very complex technical specifications.
Performs advanced areas of work for the professional field. Applies advanced skills to resolve very complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently. Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems.
Structured report development utilizing back-end databases in multi-tiered architectures including deployment methodologies
Complete process mapping and documentation as required
Manage tasks, log all help desk interactions, and document resolutions using Help Desk Software, Communicate regularly via meetings and written reports to management as well as the business
