Description:

At least 5 years of development experience on Data Visualization BI/ platforms

At least 3+ years of development experience on Spotfire

Good communication

Experience in Life sciences/Pharmaceutical industry

This position is under the business IT function of Safety Assessment (SA) group under Development Sciences organization. This SAIT group plays a central role in delivering scientific and operational data and IT capabilities/solutions and day to day support to SA scientists. The individual in this position will design, develop and implement IT capabilities and solutions for SA scientists and will assist the SATE Technical Lead for development work.
Experience in supporting data warehouse, data management, mining and visualization.

Expert in developing Spotfire dashboards for data visualization

Excel VBA macros to process scientific data, and business process support.

Google sites development and solid functional knowledge of Google Applications (Javascript)

Expert in Oracle database, writing SQL query

Knowledge of ETL design and development

Working knowledge of BI tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview etc

Understanding of Operation support process.

Qualifications:

Education: BS in Computer Sciences

Experience: 5 years of professional IT experience in developing and managing IT solutions/capabilities for biological sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training.
