Mandatory Skills:
Understanding of the drivers of value including the ability to size and prioritize large scale technology initiatives across businesses and functions • Provide architecture guidance to the project team working on products with strong focus on solution architecture, performance, scaling and security• Partner with Architecture Lead on aspects related to Object Oriented analysis and design (OOAD), layered application development, domain driven design, and architecture design patterns• Partner and provide relevant inputs during standard development process leveraging AGILE methodologies, prepare solution document, provide timelines for Development, Testing, UAT and Go Live• In partnership with Technology, setup and maintain a knowledge sharing library for both (a) information about how to implement Robotics and (b) re-usable Bot code • Participate in organization initiatives, driven as part of Business Transformation• The role may require Architectural reviews of other projects• Provide visibility and governance for Senior Management and the Board over the Robotics program
Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to):• Develop Architecture solution to improve IT Operations efficiencies by introducing solutions such as Chat Bots, Software Provisioning etc• Engage across the solutions team to develop standard RPA collaterals and drive RPA as part of solution in all Business Operations areas • Track and ensure coordination on the Robotics Book of Work; ensure seamless deployment of Robotics and other related technologies, including infrastructure, vendor agreements, training and playbook implementation • Proactively identify the opportunities across engagements and drive automations • Create and Manage RPA solutions for various Domains.• Project manage and develop a risk management and mitigation plan
Demonstrated success as a self-starter• Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach• Ability to create consensus among different stakeholders• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to the project/application stakeholders• Able to function as delegate project manager
