12 Months plus

We require a Project Manager to oversee one or more projects through their various stages from Analysis to

Implementation. The projects will involve a SaaS component, development of applications and integrations

and migrations from legacy systems. The evolution from current state to future state will require the

successful candidates to have change management experience as the changes will affect both the business

and IT. The immediate requirement is for the project manager to oversee the development of technical

analysis for our portal applications and potential CRM solution.

General Role(s), Responsibilities and Deliverables:

The Project Manager will be accountable to the Program Manager. The Project Manager will work as part

of a team which includes the business areas, IT Division, SaaS vendor and potentially an IaaS or PaaS vendor.

In addition, they must have the ability to work with and through others and exert influence at various

organizational levels to accomplish goals whether or not they directly report to the Project Manager.

The Project Manager will perform the following primary functions:

· Provide leadership to the projects, providing:

§ Identification and management of project deliverables

§ Project planning Identification and management of issues and risks

§ Analysis of issues as required to support decision-making

§ Development of project budgets and forecasts

§ Monitoring and reporting project status

§ Plan and guide project team meetings providing support such as facilitation, critical thinking

and change awareness

· Develop and deliver presentations as required

· Assist the Program Manager in development and delivery of a cohesive, accurate roadmap for the

planned transformation

· Support and guide the individual project teams in implementing the change management plans.

· Coaching and support of operational managers directly involved in the change initiatives may also be

Mandatory Requirements:

· Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization

· Ability to proactively identify project issues and mitigate risks

· Strong analytic, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Minimum 10 years experience in the successful delivery of large, complex initiatives across the

full life cycle.

· Knowledge and experience in the SDLC and application of change management principles

· Experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives

· Experience in delivering customer-facing online applications

· Experience with User Experience workflow development/delivery

· CRM implementation experience

· Post secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
