Job Description:

All phases of Installation, relocation, removal of workstations, printers, servers, VOIP phones, WAPS, data communications equipment for supported agencies including planning /execution of projects

Day to day tasks:

Consultants will work on equipment installation, relocation and removal. Consultants will be working on workstations (PCs), printers, servers, VOIP phones, WAPS, and data communications equipment for supported agencies. Staff will participate in the planning and execution of all phases of projects including: request analysis, site surveys, site preparation, cable trouble-shooting and installation, asset management, inventory control, and network assistance. Knowledge of network equipment is required.

Mandatory Qualification:

Specialist

- Experience in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Programmer- The Authorized User may seek Specialists in the following areas (list is not exhaustive):• Backup and Recovery• Security

Mid-Level

36 - 60 Months: Candidate is able to work without assistance

Requested Qualifications:

1. 60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting PCs and Printers

2. 60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting servers

3. 12 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting VOIP phones

4. 60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting data communications equipment

5. 60 Months of Experience conducting technical site surveys

6. 60 Months of Experience data cable installation/troubleshooting

7. 36 Months of Experience conducting inventory control

8. 36 Months of Experience in desktop support
