Location: Hyderabad, India
Roles and Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of software skills and tools
Understanding the requirement and preparing the strings from job boards, social networking, etc
Identify, qualify, and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Extensive use of sourcing tools such as Boolean searches, referrals and traditional methods to identify talent.
Proactively help teams to create new and innovative strategies to attract niche skills resources.
Source passive candidates proactively
Skills Required:
Degree in software, with 2 years of development experience.
Good English Communication to understand the job description
Should be willing to work Strictly in USA time zone
Proficiency in MS Excel is plus
