We need an additional person with similar skills to support the
NewPOS project.
Experience setting up Point of Sale registers (hardware and
software) based on Microsoft Operating Systems, and their peripherals
Basic networking skills understands how registers are connected
to servers via switches, firewall requests, etc.
Troubleshooting skills
Server maintenance skills including using VM
Experience configuring thin clients.
Scripting skills
Candidate must be willing to move hardware within the lab (we have the
appropriate tools to do the lifting), be flexible in terms of work duties,
have good time management and communication skills.
We need someone who can work with the NewPOS project team to figure out
what they need, and then do it. Must be a self-starter.
