Lead a small team tasked with the implementation of a Data Lake architecture intended to store multiple datasets including CMDB, Incident, Performance, Configuration change and other related datasets. Deliverables include installation, develop data pipelines, Dashboards and statistical models
Data Architecture - Solutions architect and Technology direction
7+ years of professional experience with Data Analysis/Architecture
Experience with Data Analysis/Architecture selection/evaluation of technology stacks to suite specific business needs
Solid Business Process Modeling/Data Modeling skill, proficiency with relational, dimensional
Extensive hands-on experience using SQL/NO-SQL Database technologies (including SQL Server, HBase, RedShift, Snowflake)
Installation and Configuration of Database systems and Hadoop distribution
Proven history of hands-on development and delivery
Substantial Experience in Physical Database design, tuning, parallel processing, sharding techniques.
Extensive experience developing data pipelines using ETL technologies, Talend preferred.
Experience in application integration, Web Services, API gateways
Experience in developing data services, data distribution platform, and messaging protocols
Experience in python and R statistical concepts
Strong communications and documentation skills & proven history of ability to build strong relations with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
