Solution Architect -SalesForce
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Duration: 6 mos. -1 year
Interview: Phone, then Skype or F2F
Key Responsibilities:
Determine requirements to design and architect solutions compliant
with bid parameters
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
that best leverage the CRM platform
Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical
solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations,
and data migration elements of CRM implementations
Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the CRM
platform
Manage technical scopes and client expectations
Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality
solution is delivered
Lead a team responsible for developing products leveraging the CRM
platform
Evaluates completed projects for optimization and coordinate with
team leads to update offerings for future iterations
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in an Information Technology field of study, or
equivalent years of experience
2+ years SFDC
4+ years Business Analysis
2+ years Solution Architecture Experience
Extremely sound in Salesforce entities, workflows, configurations,
customization and development, and integration development
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical background a plus (Java, JavaScript)
Web services development experience
Working knowledge of enterprise integration and third-party
enterprise integration tools (E.g., Scribe, WebSphere, Informatica, etc
Implementing Sales Force in Call Center
