Desired Skills and Experience / Qualifications required: ? A Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field. ? A minimum of 14-18 years of post-bachelor''s work experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services ? Understanding of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues. ? Ability to act as day-to-day client contact on the project engagement; run client status and other client meetings and deliver executive-level presentations that drive actions and decisions. ? Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio. ? Must have domain driven design experience, preferably focused on financial service, insurance or telecommunication.

Must have presentation skills – ability to create powerpoint deck to communicate solution architecture to various stakeholders. ? Ability to analyze business requirement user stories and model it domain based services ? Experience working under agile delivery methodology ? Previous experience working in delivery consulting ? Enthusiastic, persuasive and self-starter, ability to motivate team members ? Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to participate in proposal presentations

Mandatory Skills:

Experience with Enterprise Integration Design Patterns ? Must have ability to design API centric solutions ? Hands on experience in Microservices design and development ? Strong experience in designing API’s using RAML, Swagger etc. ? API Design, Development Experience ? Expert understanding in Java/J2EE/.NET, SOA, ESB, Messaging, BPM, BRMS, Event Processing technologies. ? Strong hands on experience in one of the integration middleware platforms (Mulesoft, WSO2, Tibco, IBM etc) ? Implementation and Development experience in SOA (for e.g., Service Orchestration, Service Choreography, Event Driven Architecture, Messaging middleware, etc ? Experience developing schemas (e.g., XSD, JSON, AVRO, etc and related data structures. ? Experience with source control (e.g., GIT, MAVEN, VSS, Team Foundation ? Hands-on experience using any API integration framework such as MuleSoft, WSO2, Apigee ? Experience with service design, profiling & governance ? Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment. ? Experience in DevOps. ? Experience implementing security such as OAuth, SAML, Single Sign On, Mobile Device Management, etc.

The following are preferred, but not required:

Relevant industry certification (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Cloud Certified, Pivotal Certified, CISSP, etc. ? Design and implement APIs, deep understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP, UDP etc. ? Practical knowledge and experience with client-site technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript MVC, RWD Frameworks) is a big plus ?
