Required qualifications to be successful in this role
10 + years demonstrated experience as a technical team lead and/or solutions architect on complex business transformation projects. Direct experience integrating multiple COTS product as an overall systems integrator is a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of security technologies as well as security framework design & development techniques
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration design patterns.
Experience developing an integrated data exchange applications using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based architecture, ideally leveraging ESB and rules engine technology to connect and transform EDI and ETL content from disparate partners.
Demonstrated ability to work with management and functional teams to construct a project plan that addresses all necessary and sufficient client technical solution requirements.
Be a contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of reusable project-level assets, and create/maintain project level technical design and development standards
Strong team leadership, communication, and client management skills is required

IBM Application Performance Manager - 8+ years (Proficient)
IBM Information Broker (IIB) - 8 years (Proficient)
IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) - 5 years (Proficient)


Desired Qualifications:

Experience with IBM technology stack strongly preferred, including Websphere, Application Performance Manager (APM), IBM Information Broker (IIB) and IBM Transformation Extender (ITX Experience with other middleware tools (RedHat JBOSS, Oracle Fusion, etc) may also be considered.
Healthcare Industry Experience, including familiarity with MITA architecture standards and HIPPA compliant messaging formats such as HL7, X12, NCPDP and NIEM
Prior experience in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
