*We currently seeking an Information/Business Intelligence Architect to
join our growing Cloud Analytics Practice. The right individual in this
role will have a strong background in business intelligence system
development and analysis, working closely with Clients to provide quality
analytics to support their needs. Should possess strong collaboration
skills in addition to being able to address technical issues to a
non-technical audience
*Job Description:*
Familiar with data warehousing as well as having the
skillsets to ask questions about data, put information and take initiative
in mapping Level 3 and CTL data together by being inquisitive and working
well in different environments.
Evangelization of Decision minds capabilities,
specializing in Information Management, Analytics, Data Sciences to
potential Business and IT sponsors.
Listen to business and technology sponsors about problems,
issues, challenges they experience within their functional domain.
Extensive experience working with AWS such as RDS, ECS,
S3, DynamoDB, Redshift.
10 years - Data Architecture / Modeling experience
delivering both logical models and physical designs with extensive
experience with translating business needs into data requirements.
10+ years architecting enterprise solutions and
data-intensive solutions.
Strong leadership and data management skills and
experience.
Familiarity with data management tools including data
repository/storage, data movement, information delivery, and data modeling
tools.
Solid experience of practices, methodologies, and tools to
the source, transform, load, and manage data.
Effectively manage the opportunity cycle, from Lead to
Close (POV creation, Proposal development, estimation, execution planning,
budgets, etc), under guidance from the Client Partner and in collaboration
with rest of Client team/respective Practice teams.
Develop and execute strategies effectively to grow
Decision Minds presence and relationships in your area of specialization at
the client.
Should have Experience and work experience in the tech
industry.
Should have data modeling experience in Hive, Hbase, big
data platform
At least 5-7 years experience with data modeling tools.
Experience with normalized Modeling and DW Dimensional
modeling techniques, Star & Snowflake schemas, modeling slowly changing
dimensions, dimensional hierarchies and data classification
Experience in performance tuning & query design
Experience in Amazon Web Services/cloud/Big Data
A degree in Computer Science, a related discipline,
equivalent work experience of 10 years overall IT or the equivalent
combination of education, training and experience from which comparable
skills can be acquired
*TECHNOLOGY EXPOSURE:*
Detailed experience in one or more database technologies
Detailed experience in data integration technologies, or
similar technologies:
General experience of and experience in one or more data
integration, reporting, and data warehouse technologies from a project
management, design, and development standpoint
Experience of and experience in data integration
technologies
Deep technical experience in API Platform, Data
Integration and Database Design (for example, having an architectural sense
for connecting 3rd party data sources through API, structured and
unstructured data, etc.
Strong communication skill in both verbal and written
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small
audiences.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following
programming skills: Java, JSON, PHP, HTTPS, Objective-C, Swift, PHP, and
Python.
Deep experience in RDBS such as Postgres & Postgis or
MySQL.
Working experience with AGILE development, SCRUM and
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM
