Required Duration: Around 1 year
Required Experience: 8 to 12 years
Critical Selection Criteria:
1. Architecture Knowledge: Experienced background in architecture processes, methodologies and solution design experience. Working knowledge of Architecture frameworks, standards and best practices of existing standards and technologies, and how to leverage for business needs
2. Interpersonal skills and teamwork: Strong communication capability both written and verbal with the ability to form relationships with project teams to provide influence and guidance with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across the IT function. Proven ability to contribute effectively to a work team to achieve team goals.
3. Strong background in IT Technologies: Background in application development lifecycle and understanding of technology and impact on solution design. Ability to grasp new technologies and translate into business value. Experience with MS Azure, and APIs is a must.
4. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership, exhibiting organizational capabilities in strategic competencies. Ability to influence and drive enterprise change
Required Skillset:
Ability to evaluate business requirements and sound solution recommendations.
Strong skills in Cloud solutions – focus on Azure services is preferred
Strong skills with DevOps tools – VSTS, Jenkins
Background in defining and architecting data services with the ability to explain how they fit in the data lifecycle of collection, ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization
Strong experience with designing, developing and managing APIs
Experience in designing scalable and cost-effective architecture to process data; inception to visualization
Solution architects will be focusing on more complex technology solutions, exercising explicit technical leadership regarding the design and implementation for projects
Breadth of IT knowledge with experience in designing solutions that incorporate application, information, technology and security principles into the design
Strong desire to drive Operational Excellence and continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to deliver results with an operational discipline mindset
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skillset:
Strong technical skills in Cloud based BI and Analytics services – AI and Machine Learning is a plus.
Knowledge of designing solutions for provisioning in Microsoft Azure cloud environment would be a plus.
