Job Description :
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across many products and teams
Excellent understanding of search KPIs
Hand on experience with multi-language search including tokenization options
Experiences working on large scale content rich search systems
Practical experience with Elastic search/Lucene/Solr and a strong understanding of indexing, search, information retrieval and relevance
Mastery of at least one server-side language preferably Java.
Solid understanding of API design
Experience with relational databases & noSQL (Oracle, Mongo)
Understanding of IO issues, disk and network
Knowledge and experience of monitoring tools
Nice to have : Knowledge of machine learning and other predictive modeling techniques
