Position Summary:
This position is part of the Quote to Cash team in Adobe''s Metering Solutions team in Information Technology and is mainly responsible for maintaining and enhancing systems, applications, and processes that support dynamic business needs. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated in learning business processes/applications/systems, designing and developing tools/applications, taking on unfamiliar/challenging/new assignments, and achieving business results. In addition, the individual should be able to foster a collaborative environment in a cross-functional organization.
Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to identify, analyze and define requirements to support business needs.
Work with business stakeholders to maintain and enhance the systems managed by IT.
Manage, design, develop, test and deploy enhancements/bugs/fixes for current applications.
Manage, design, develop, test, and deploy web portals and/or macros for process improvement.
Develop business requirement documents with business owners and functional specification for application development.
Develop test cases and test plans. Manage test plan execution, document test results, and facilitate testing gap closure.
Manage releases.
Conduct user trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
