Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Redwood City, CA
Duration: Fulltime/Permanent
Job Description/Requirement:
5 -7 years hands-on experience in Test Automation.
API automation testing including prior working experience with test automation frameworks.
Strong hands-on experience in Java, TestNG, Maven
Experience with testing REST-based APIs and Services
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, HIVE, and Spark a plus
Advanced relational database/SQL knowledge
Understanding of CI pipeline builds, preferably using Jenkins or Hudson
Experience testing under Linux or Unix OS
Proficiency with one scripting language. e.g, Shell, Python, or Perl
Both white and black box testing experience
Skills in diagnosing and solving complex problems and providing detailed technical analysis
Strong communications skills
BS degree in Computer Sciences or related field
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with cloud environments AWS & Docker
Understanding of Hadoop internals
Security testing
