Core Responsibilities:
Establish repeatable measure for evaluating end to end interactive multi-turn conversational voice-driven Cortana Skills on multiple canvases
Define and publish scoring systems for assessing and certifying Cortana Skills helping driving consistency and predictable experience for Cortana users
Analyze, assess and certify Cortana Skills based on defined criteria before granting certification and they become published to users worldwide
Perform repeatable testing/certification procedures and processes end to end on each Cortana Skill submission
Provide assistance and detailed feedback to submitters so corrective action can be taken to improve their skill quality or flow allowing it to gain certification
Implement tracking process with visibility and auditing of any request as it travels through the process from submission to publication of the Cortana Skill
Provide feedback to engineering team on certification, process design issues and product blocking bugs
Report progress against assigned work to ensure end-to-end visibility of assigned deliverables
Assist in the development of their schedules in associating with assigned work tasks
Skills Requirements:
Proven ability creating validation, assessment and scoring guidelines for evaluating end to end interactive conversational scenarios to accomplish a given task
Proficient at evaluating writing and spoken grammar, proper language usage and spelling
Give feedback on the engineering tools, documentation and assessment process
and feedback, provide rejection skill specifics for them to gain, explain why it was rejected
Ability to utilize existing best practices to create and develop new frameworks (e.g. Skype and Bot Frame)
Experience implementing conversational experiences with multi-turn dialog (ideally using Amazon Alexa and/or Microsoft’s Bot Framework)
Experience working directly with customers and external partners, and a strong customer-centric orientation
Comfortable working with pre-release development environments
Required skills:
Define, write, and build a validation model
Must have testing voice or interactive “Cortana” BOT framework (Voice testing Conversational experiences)
