Job Description :
Software Product Analyst
TYPE: Contract
TERM: Initially 3 months with possible/likely extension
F2F Highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Serve as the customer point of contact to gain an understanding of their product needs: functions, features, UI
*Respond to customer questions about the use of the product; examples: What does this field mean? Why is the app giving this value? Why is the app behaving this way?
*Manage customer interactions, including timely responses and setting appropriate expectations.
*Based on customer needs prioritization, file feature requests or bugs to the product team
*Run tests on customer data and troubleshoot any/all issues that arise
*Run different variations of the products with different parameters to optimize test results

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
*Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Analyst working with software products.
*Must have a comprehensive understanding of the s/w product development process: collect requirements, build prototype, vet prototype with Customer, revamp product based on Customer input; iterative development process
*Must be exceptional with Customer relationship management and expectation management.
*Experience working with customers to translate their app needs (functions, features, UI) into technical requirements.
*Must have a technical background able to respond to customer questions, evaluate customer inquiry tech complexity and priorities, timeline triage issues to appropriate teams
*Monitor customer feedback (including individual engagements and discussion forums, etc and ability to summarize/ synthesize customer feedback and provide recommendations on product/ process to product teams.
*Experience in data pipeline management, such as data collection, data feeds quality management, data labeling management and troubleshooting, etc.
