Position : Software Engineer
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration; Contract to hire
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating and implementing Salesforce product enhancements and defect fixes based on requirements gathered from internal stakeholders to address their Salesforce related needs
Perform gap analysis of SFDC capabilities and requirements
Write design specifications within an agile development process
Work with IT, Business teams and Product teams to identify and define the business needs and work to create the solution
Assist in analyzing SFDC plugins and add-ons
Work with leads to develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation
Skills and Experience Required:
Technical Skills:
7+ years of Salesforce/Force.com platform experience
Web Services development, or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc
Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
Ability to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications
Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience
Hands-on knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and SDLC
Experience in an Agile development environment + onshore/offshore model
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Experience employing problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor

Apttus experience (contract, revenue, and E-commerce management software plugin)
