This influential position will be responsible for the overall design and development of our full stack web based dashboard platform. Candidate will lead a department of developers and testers and should have a proven record of leading similar multi-functional teams. To succeed in this position, the candidate must have a drive to succeed with a strong ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems. Qualified candidates must possess a deep understanding of high-performance, multi-tenant, and web application architecture. Previous experience in ASP.NET and IIS is required. Product suite use a variety of programming languages including JavaScript, C#, and C++.
Education/Experience
Advanced education and/or experience in computer science theory, architecture, and design patterns.
B.S. in Computer Science preferred
15 years professional software development experience
Demonstrated management experience required
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop plans and manage multiple multi-person development projects.
Hire, manage and mentor team members and managers.
Coordinate activities with other departments.
Assure that internal staff are trained on appropriate applications.
Assist other departments with technical issues including meetings with clients/prospects.
