The Wisconsin Court System - CCAP is seeking experienced application developers to contribute to our highly skilled application development team. As the IT provider for the Wisconsin Court System, CCAP provides a large suite of applications to all courts throughout the state and also a wide range of web-based services to members of the public. CCAP is currently redesigning and re-architecting these applications to a next-generation suite based on a Scala/Web architecture using a strict functional programming approach. These positions are additions to our growing team.
Previous exposure to functional languages and functional programming techniques is necessary. Experience with the Scala language is desirable, but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced developer with an interest in Scala and functional programming to contribute their energy and expertise to a large-scale, long-term development effort as part of a highly skilled and motivated team.
CCAP is centrally located in Madison, WI - right on the beautiful capitol square.
