Title: Software Engineer.

Confer with SME''s, System Analyst''s, Engineer''s & Programmer''s to understand and obtain information on project limitations/capabilities/performance requirements and interfaces.
Communicate with Vendors/Partners to understand specific System/Functional Requirements.
Document specifications and other system-related information.
Evaluate existing systems effectiveness & suggest changes to meet the organizational requirements
Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements & develop process flow diagrams/Deployment flow diagrams based on the Partner requirements
Configure servers to meet functional specifications & perform ongoing software maintenance operations, including installing or upgrading software
Initiate the partner onboarding process and support the partners technically throughout the development process
Encode project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language
Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
Debug existing source code and test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results
Monitor/execute/provide support for the services during analysis and troubleshooting
Determine system performance standards & monitor system operation to detect potential problems
Identify system data &/or software components required to meet user needs.
Work with IT Security to complete the vendor/partner security scans for respective applications to meet industry standards
Work with Operations Team Pre- Production for the Application release and Post – Production for ELS
Test, or verify proper functioning of software &/or patches/fixes post ELS
Manage and maintain the defect management system

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Information Technology.

Experience: 1 To 3 Years’ experience in Systems design, develop, configure servers, determine system standards.
