Job Decription:
As part of the 5 years progressive software engineering experience required, the individual must have:
· At least 5 years of experience developing applications in J2EE architecture and object orientated technologies.
· At least 2 years of experience with SQL, Java/JSP, JSF, XML, Maven, Tomcat, HTML and CSS
· At least 2 years of experience developing on UNIX/Linux platform
· Experience with Oracle Web Content Center (WCC) and Oracle Web Center.
· Experience working in and directing many activities at once: keeping 3-5 projects moving forward, proactively anticipating and addressing issues, and implementing solutions
· Experience – Proven ability to work independently troubleshooting, classifying, and resolving production incidents and service disruptions.
· Strong experience and knowledge of LMS and Curriculum on-line learning Classroom environments. Registrations and key code processes. Understanding of Content including videos. And understand customer tools such as desktop computer/laptop and phone with standard, updated browsers (ex: IE, Chrome, Safari); iPad/tablet.
· Customer focus with excellent communication skills.
· Make good decisions on limited information in pressure situations.
· Ability to adapt to fluid situations, quick self-learner, the ability to manage through complexity, and multiple ongoing complex efforts.
· Collaborate with others in both team settings, across the organizations, and to senior leadership.
· Demonstrated aptitude for mentoring and/or managing others.

· Jira experience.
· Atlassian code deployment tool experience.
· Eclipse experience
· Experience with rapid development methodologies such as XP, JAD, LEAN, RAD.
· Experience working with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Business Process Orchestration
